Team Eyedeology Day 1 of Opening

We are so grateful to be back and seeing our wonderful patients.Our team photo was taken today. A definite difference between now and pre-covid. We have started wearing a scrubs and change them prior to leaving work. We have masks on the entire time and gloves during patient examinations.

We also would like to let you know what will happen during your visit with us.

Prior to entering Centennial Clinic, you will be rescreened at the door with our COVID questionnaire, temperature, and asked to use hand sanitizer. In the questionnaire, you will be asked if you (or any person accompanying you) have had a fever or experienced any COVID-19 symptoms or if you have traveled outside of the country for the last two weeks.

We recommend bringing a protective mask for your visit and wear it before entering the office and throughout the visit. In the event you do not have a mask, we have them to purchase $1.00 (one per patient)

If at all possible, we recommend coming alone to the appointment. If an adult (in case of a minor) or a caretaker needs to accompany a patient, only one adult will be allowed with the patient in the office. That person should also seek to observe the guidelines above (including wearing a protective mask or facial covering).

Other than being examined by one of our Optometrists or team members, please try to maintain social distancing of at least 6 feet from all other persons.

Upon completion of check in, our assistant will complete all pre-testing and you will then be seen by our Optometrist. Proper disinfection will be done before and after each patient. Appointment times have been spaced apart to allow for disinfection and social distancing to be maintained.

Our Optician will help you select glasses and sunglasses and order your contact lenses. We will be disinfecting frames after each selection.

When you have completed check out, you will be accompanied to the door and asked to hand sanitize again.
