New This Summer … Faconnable Eyewear

The Faconnable brand originates from Jean Goldberg, who came from a master tailor heritage family and opened a boutique-atelier on rue Paradis in Nice in 1950. As the heir of a tradition and the know-how of the great artisans of Eastern Europe, he quickly became a staple of the French Riviera. His work would eventually dress movie stars of the era, including Cary Grant and Tony Curtis, as his unique form of classic styles with a twist helped to establish the brand in all of France.

In the 1980s, the founders of a small, high-end French eyewear maker, ODLM, approached Faconnable with an idea to create frames and sunglasses that followed the Faconnable style. The first eyeglass styles were made available in 1987 and have ever since been making the right kind of style statements.

The name Faconnable has been synonymous with taste and style for more than half a century. It epitomizes the French Riviera “arte de vivre,” or “art of living,” embracing a rich tradition of classic style while incorporating a contemporary twist. It is rigorous in its attention to detail but is elegantly relaxed in spirit. The renowned brand stands for refined beauty and luxury that is crafted with uncompromising quality down to the last detail. We are in love with these frames as they fit both women and men. Come by and check out the latest collection in our gallery.
