Anti-Aging Launch Party June 6, 2019

It finally feels like Spring has arrived here in Calgary and as this season is a time for new beginnings, Dr. Farrah and Dr. Jessica are so excited to announce our first Anti-Aging launch party happening next month to introduce some new eye safe products! You ladies asked and we are delivering! For so long now we have been getting questions from patients about safe and effective eye care products. While traditionally Optometry may be associated with the internal health of the eyes and eye wear, at Eyedeology, we believe in a comprehensive and preventative approach to eye care and eye health. Not only is it important to protect our vision but also our internal and external ocular health. So we have done our research and we are extremely thrilled to be the first optometry clinic in Calgary to be sourcing Health Canada approved and cosmeceutical grade skin care products.

Knowing that you are using a product that is not only protecting the skin but also helping to improve the appearance of dark circles and wrinkles can go a long way to enhancing your self-confidence because if we look good, we feel good!

Another passion here at Eyedeology is helping to treat and manage dry eyes. This can be an especially common problem here in Calgary because of our dry environment but the make-up and eye care products that we use may actually be contributing factors to dry eyes because of irritating chemicals or preservatives. This is what inspired us to look into a physician and science-based mineral make-up line that is free from parabens, chemical dyes, talc, and perfumes. What we love about this make-up line is that it is also cruelty-free and they don’t do any testing on animals. We are extremely excited to introduce this dry eye friendly makeup to all our patients not just those who suffer from dryness.
